Danhostel Hillerød has all the facilities required to conduct courses, meetings and conferences. There are two big modern seminar rooms, group rooms, WIFI and av-equipment.

At the residential courses the participants can either be accommodated in private rooms, or in shared double rooms. All rooms are en suite with bed linen and towel, soap, shampoo and lotion.
In the evening we have a discotheque with a bar and a pool table.
The location of the center in the middle of the woods offers good facilities for team building courses.
A few minutes walk from the center in the wood you will find “The Health Tracks” (“Sundhedssporene”) where you can follow the marked running, walking and bicycle routes.
On the premises we offer playing fields. Also, we have a bonfire you can enjoy on the warm nights.
Our kitchen offers home-made delicacies and all of our food is prepared with healthy and fresh ingredients by our skilled chefs.
The kitchen strives to ensure good culinary experiences and savour in a nice and relaxed informal atmosphere.
The kitchen likes simplicity, quality and follows the change of the seasons with the main focus on vegetables and fish. Meat plays a less significant role
First time staying at a hostel because hotels in this area were very expensive when researching. Arrived after hours and key was easy to find. Everyone was very friendly - there was a summer camp and they invited us to have s'mores at the campfire. Room was very spacious, clean and had everything we expected. Experience here will make me look into hostels for future travels abroad (we live in USA). We prefer simple, laid back places and this was it!

Nu var det Corona virus tid så det er svært at vurdere. Men vi havde stedet for os selv og vores børn på 10 og 12 var vildt imponerede. Vi voksne nød værelse, fællesrum osv.

Overraskende behageligt når man egentlig er vandt til gode hoteller, for nu at sige det ligeud. Jeg kan sagtens bo på DanHostel en anden gang, god seng, flot standard, pænt og - ikke mindst - rigtig søde og venlige personale.
